About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Team Leader to join iScape NT — a Territory proud landscaping and grounds-maintenance business. You’ll lead a small crew delivering high-quality projects across Darwin, Palmerston and surrounding areas. Ideal for someone ready to take the next step into supervision and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a landscaping or maintenance crew on-site
- Plan materials, manage schedules, and ensure safety compliance
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Communicate with clients and supervisors on project progress
What We’re Looking For
- Proven landscaping or grounds-maintenance experience (5+ years preferred)
- Leadership or crew-supervision experience
- Current Driver’s Licence & White Card
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- MR/HR licence
- Machinery tickets (skid steer, mini excavator)
- Irrigation or horticultural knowledge
